What to expect with your Short Stay service?
- Prior to our first clean, our supervisor will attend your short stay to develop our cleaning checklist and where possible, place our sleaning supplies.
- Our cleaning checklist is customised from our 140 question checklist. Completely tailored to your property
- After we sync our calendars together, we allocate a group of cleaning specialiststs who attend the first clean with our supervisor to ensure your new clenaing team is well briefed and ready to provide you with the best, and most eficient service each and every time.
- After your clean, you will recieve a report from our internal system, with photos, timestamps and any recomendations for maintenance or issues.
- You will recieve a monthly report from one of our supervisors, dedicated to your property on overall cleaning performance for the month as well as any recomended changes or on-site purchases the property may require
